Forums load very slowly

I checked my 2 SMF forums, and both are so slooow. I don't know what the problem is. I don't think it's my webhost since my other sites are okay.

Any ideas?

Both forums load faster now. I still don't know what happened.

i think it is happening because of the server.
your server is slow. that is why your forums are taking more time.
or maybe its because of the graphics which you are using. but most probably it is beacuse of the web server. so change you server
