Default Transferring of Posts

I have an SMF forum and I want to transfer all the members forum posts to my other forum. Is this possible? Or am I delusional?

If the second is SMF, then all you need to do is download the database user file and execute it to the new forum.

Yes,it's a good method and faster.
But it's professional for many master like me.
Does there have a tool which can do this job?

Yea it's possible.

If you're transferring to vBulletin, you can use the Impex system.

If the tables are the same, which they probably are, it'll be more work then just dl/ul a DB.

Actually I want to transfer from SMF to phpBB. If there's no easy way, I'll just stick with SMF.
