Flip Internet Properties?

Who here flips Internet properties for a great residual income? I see more and more people everday using there web development skills on sites for pure profit.

What do you mean by "flips" ?

To 'flip' it means to buy a site only for the purpose of selling it for a profit. At least that is what it means in real estate and I would assume it means the same thing with 'internet properties'.

I plan to do that with a domain or two that I own but I'm developing from scratch rather than buying existing sites. Haven't come across many existing ones that I want to gamble with. They are either too expensive for me right now or lack the potential.

Ah, thanks for the definition. I couldent see this being very successful if I tried it, mainly because it requires an initial investment.

I've talked to people who actually do it for a living. Amazing how they do it, and how successful they are. If you play the cards right, you can get a high profit from this.
